Mr. Bullard holds a Masters Degree in Administration from the University of North Alabama and has completed more than 50 hours of Advanced Study from Mississippi State University in the area of Community Development. Mr. Bullard has completed a 3 year course of study to become a nationally certified Professional Community and Economic Developer. Mr. Bullard has recently been selected to serve as a Director of the year 3 class for the Community Development Institute in Conway, Arkansas each year.

Administrative Head of a major mfg. company of 700 employees for 6 years.

College Administrator for 12 years as an Economic Developer and Fundraiser.

Duane is married to Sherri Quinn Bullard, who with Duane, owns 2 Merle Norman Cosmetics Studios in Ripley and New Albany. Duane and Sherri have one daughter, Natalie, a 20 year-old Sophomore at Mississippi State University.
